My weight loss journey

It was good day, I went for a walk this morning and this evening. I am running a little bit of ideas what to eat, I need to be a little more creative.

Day 12
  • Breakfast:
    • hot dogs: 240 kca
    • yogurt: 100 kcal
    • gouda cheese: 108 kcal
    • sour cream: 50 kcal
  • Lunch & Dinner:
    • bread: 140 kcal
    • burgers: 200 kcal
    • yogurt: 150 kcal
    • protein shake: 188 kcal
Total: 1176 kcal

:p Hotdogs with yogurt sound plenty creative to me :p But I agree: changing up your meals can make it a lot easier to stick with your goals and not feel deprived.
 
It was good day, I eat well and went for a walk this evening, I did around 7000 steps. I figured that walks really calm me down and help with stress, so since my life is pretty stressful right now, I'll get back to the bike rides later.

Day 13
  • Breakfast:
    • peanuts: 300 kcal
    • greek yogurt: 200 kcal
    • banana: 115 kcal
  • Lunch & Dinner:
    • burgers: 200 kcal
    • yogurt: 100 kcal
    • cheese: 150 kcal
    • mayo: 110 kcal
Total: 1175
 
Today was ok today, I am little exhausted after tiring week at work and doing everything in and out of the house since my boyfriend is sick, but I am proud of myself for not binging and I wasn't really thinking about that. This is maybe the longest I've been consistent with my diet for the last few years.

I went for a walk this evening and did around 6000 steps.

Day 14
  • Breakfast:
    • 2 scrambled eggs: 250 kcal
    • yogurt: 100 kcal
    • smoked pork loin: 60 kcal
  • Lunch & Dinner:
    • instant noodles: 380 kcal
    • mayo: 150 kcal
    • yogurt: 150 kcal
Total: 1090 kcal
 
I am proud of myself for not binging and I wasn't really thinking about that. This is maybe the longest I've been consistent with my diet for the last few years.
That´s awesome! Sorry the week has been hard but that´s all the more reason to be proud.
 
Today was a good day, I did a very thorough house cleaning this morning and it felt like a quite a workout. I'm planning to go on a walk afterwards, when sun goes down. I know it sounds ugly but there are too many people nowadays with weather warming up and everything, it's a little bit annoying, so I hope it will be fewer people when it gets dark.

Day 15:
  • Breakfast:
    • 2 fried eggs: 200 kcal
    • yogurt: 100 kcal
    • mayo: 100 kcal
    • chicken breast salami: 50 kcal
  • Lunch & Dinner:
    • sesame chicken: 480 kcal
    • peanut butter, greek yogurt and sesame sauce: 250 kcal
Total: 1180 kcal
 
So, today is a measure day and I have good news. Today is measure day and results are:
  • waist: 91.5 cm (36 inches)
  • tummy: 112.7 cm (44.37 inches)
  • hips: 119 cm (46.85 inches)
So, since the last measurement I've lost 4.5 cm in waist, 2.3 cm in tummy and 2 cm in hips. Average is 2.93 cm. I'll take that! :D
 
Another good day, after I've lost some centimeters, I am even more motivated. I went for an hour walk this morning, maybe I'll go after it gets dark again.

Day 16

    • chicken breast salami: 50 kcal
    • peanut butter sesame sauce: 250 kcal
  • Lunch & Dinner:
    • tomato sauce tuna: 200 kcal
    • bread: 140 kcal
    • peanut butter sesame sauce: 250 kcal
Total: 1134 kcal
 
I feel awful today, I cried for the first time in couple of months. I am so sick of people trying to control my life and I'm not able to do anything about it. I feel so alone. Hopefully this won't lead to some bad decisions concerning food. I'll try to go for a walk later.
