Don't you dare get down on yourself!!! You're doing an absolutely fantastic job and deep down you know that.... celebrate the highs and forget about the lows. And remember those that know you love you no matter what ;) I am so bloody proud of you, you have much better will power than me!!! So hang on you are nearly there and when I see you in around a months time you can blow my mind!!! And hopefully you will see a little change in me too :eek: Oh by the way I FINALLY made it into double digits this week :eek:

Hello I'm still around!!!

How are you all

I can't beleive how little everyone else has to lose. that could be me too is i hadn't gone off the rails so much.. Am trying really hard to focus and cross that finish line.
Have been really busy too so haven't been on the putter as much either.
But yes i REALLY do need a huge kick up the bum and have no idea what i'm going to tell sue next wednesday at weigh in, she'll be so dissapointed with me..

Well thanks for all been so concerned but i'm fine I go to the gym 6 times a week so i think i have built up a little muscle could be the reason why the scales haven't been so nice too. I really enjoy my body attack classes you burn like 650 calories per class, how cool is that, so if i can stay focused and do the gym i should still have a loss by next wednesday.

Hey everyone

Well I'm back on track 1000% yeah bout time hey,
I really need the support though. So feel free to kick my butt royally cause i really need it.

I go to the gym 6 times a week and i can feel myself getting fitter everyday it's amazing.
So hope to talk to you all soon
