Hi, blackrose! Just stopping by to see how you are doing. Don't be too hard on yourself. You know what you need to do, but it's always hard to stay on target. Everyone slips now and then ... and probably more often than we want to admit. But as long as you try to get back on plan, that's saying alot. It's when we finally give up and quit trying altogether that we'll be in big trouble. Just take it one day at a time.

One of my habits to let go of, too, is drinking regular Pepsi. I love it! I'm not big on the diet stuff, so I'm trying to drink more water instead of Pepsi. I think I'm actually having withdrawals from pop because it is so hard to let go of.

Hey hon your doing great. you haven't totally let go of the bad foods yet but its not the easiest thing to do. The fact that your trying and doing a little better each day is a big step.
