sooo, bad news I've been sick lately, not eating at all maybe some soup but only once a day, and although I've been drinking my water, I know it's not nearly enough, soooo spent most of the last 3 days sleeping. I am still going to weight myself but I really don't care what the scale says.
I am feeling better tonight and will start the same ole routine tomorrow morning. I might try to get in 25 mins on the gazelle before I go to sleep if I don't feel to light headed.
bummer #2 it's about that time... of the month... the cramps are starting.
But I don't care, I was feeling sooo good about exercising everyday. Even when what I was eating could have been way better I felt good about at least exercising.
Thanks for all the replies about the mexican food, but I have one question... Why not too much cheese? I thought it was good for you... calcium and all.
