Today I am making a commitment to myself to start eating healthy. I am about 100lbs over my "ideal weight" This past year and a half I've been the heaviest I've ever been (up to 230 ) I'd never gone over 190 till I hit my 30's.
Well I find myself completely ashamed of the way my body looks, but worse is the lack of energy. I have exercise equipment at my home but still I just sit on the couch watching tv with a bag of what ever fast food restaurant I stoped at on the way home
So with everything else going great in my life, I need to take care of me!!!
I've deciede I need to eat breakfast and pack my lunch, and cook at home.
I have a pilates reformer at home to get me moving and stretching. My goal is to be able to do these special push ups (can't remember the name) without falling on my face.
