2nd meal: chicken with garlic sauce +Orange juice +green tea
Snack: strawberry yogurt

1st meal: Chicken with veggies and tortilla +orange juice + Green Tea
Yogurt
2nd meal: Yogurt + pakora
 
1st meal: chicken and potatoes + orange juice +green tea
2nd meal : kabsa with salad and green tea +yogurt
 
1st Meal: Chicken and noodles + Orange juice
2nd Meal: Lotus milkshake
Snack: Salad + Watermelon
 
1st Meal: Rice with salad and grilled chicken + Green Tea
2nd meal: Rice with chicken and potatoes + Green Tea
Snack: Salad + chocolate cake
 
Here we're just getting into spring (it's very late this year) so for now I'm jealous of fresh, ripe watermelon. Not jealous of the heat though!
 
Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Only a few days left of Ramadan, then we have Eid right after and also, we're moving houses right after Eid so I've been very busy. Still trying my best to take care of my diet, still intermittent fasting.
I haven't shed another KG since I last mentioned my weight but since LaMaria mentioned this would happen, I am not worried about it.
I'll post more regularly once things are stable
 
Moving house is often very stressful, so taking care of your diet & still doing IF is an achievement in itself. Well done, Missie.
