Workout 7/6

Cardio:

30 Mins Alpine Pass, L6

It wasn't pretty but I got through it. While wiping the sweat away, I accidentally knocked off my glasses, but managed to catch them and put them back on, without breaking stride (though I certainly came very close).

Yoga was pretty fun - me and the yoga teacher, and the workout wasn't too bad save for some awkward transitions. Have done the spinning DVD before - while not as hard as a class with the instructor there, it did get me back on the bike again which is a good thing.

glad u caught your Galsses...they suit u:)

will u do 30 minutes on TM for me toda?:(
 
Dang I'm not sure about the spinning class as it is lol - just try doing 10 minutes if you don't feel you can do 30, every minute helps.
