Another 20 miles today ... yay!!! I had achy shoulders and calves after my aerobics yesterday, but I am feeling very determined at the moment, like if there is one thing that I am going to do right, it is going to be the exercise. I just hope that I don't burn out before my body gets used to the 6 days a week working out
1800 calories today, which I am really pleased with. I am having a bit of trouble eating fruit and salad at the moment. I find it too acidic, and this afternoon I spent in agony with a terrible burning pain in my stomach. I have had antacids and pepto bismol and it still isn't 100%!! I think the next couple of days I will have to eat porridge, potato, rice, cheese ..... lots of plain, non-acidic stuff. I just worry that it will be harder to stick to my calories without filling my plate with fruit and veg, plus I do find that I feel less energetic without all the vitamins.
Oh, and I got my TOTM today
Not pregnant again, and I am going to have to bite the bullet now and do what I said I was going to do if I wasn't this month ..... Hubby and I are going to have to get checked out ..... Eeek!!
Ah, well, a good day despite feeling lousy for most of it
