just in case i'm interpreting this correctly, you mean you do some alternate weight training,... not that you "add" weight to your running weight...? i thought about this at one time... i even had some ankle weights i used to walk around with at times in my teens/ twenties, but even then i heard it's not that useful and often harmful to artificially increase your running weight.... Fitness wise I try to run everyday, normally around 3 miles. I add in some weights at least 4 times a week as well. ...
