mini-goal is still 'under 90 kg'; monthly goal is still 88 kg. Glum, though -- I thought I'd've lost more than that this week. :)
 
Good job everyone! Even if you slip up one week - you can still claw it back the next! (Trust me, I'm an expert with that, haha!) Make it count!

Hello my name is Jenny

I came on here to put myself under a bit of pressure. In the last 3 months I have gained 7lbs due to drinking too much and eating too much. If this continues I will become over weight. I am 5 ft 5 and 1/2 and weigh 137 lbs which is technically perfectly healthy. It is not the weight I am at now that concerns me rather the rate of gain. I never want to get overweight which I am sure many of you would say to me it is better to stop it happening in the first place. I have always said to myself never to let myself get over 133lbs as a way to keep my weight under control. Until recently I have never had a problem. So I really want to lose 4 lbs in one month and get down to 133lbs so I can feel happy and in my safe zone. I know it is not much but I really would like some support to encourage me to go through it (I do not want to lose too quickly though- I want to do it healthily and slowly).
 
AI finished my first 90day challenge with visalis and had great success. I've lost 24lbs and a total of 15 inches. What a life changing experience it has been. No more walking around in a "fog". No more constant aches or pains. Sleep a restful 6-8 hours where before i was lucky to have 3hours. I finally found me again. Starting my next 90days and hope I can lose another 24lbs.

I letting it all out on this one. I'm not going to cheat or miss a day of exercise! This last week goal is to lose 8 pounds and be at 260!!!
 
24lbs is a huge weight loss! wow that is amazing :) the struggles you faced with pain and sleep problems must have been horrible and it is those sort of health issues that I would want to avoid which is why I never want to get overweight if I possibly can (although I know certain circumstances e.g. thyroid problems, extreme stress or severe injury can lead to weight gain that is unavoidable). I hope you manage to lose the next 24 lbs and is great that your health has improved and you are feeling better :)
 
Thank you for your support. I hope you manage to keep it up. Exercise is a good idea for me too and something I hadn't considered (I was more focusing on cutting down on food and drink) but should make it easier for me as I will burn more calories. I will let you both know how it goes- bearing in mind that my weight loss will relatively slow.
 
AGreat to here from you. Helping you is going to help me stay focused as well. I have already lost another two pounds last week and hope to keep the two a week going. I have added another 1/2 hour of exercise for a total of an hour 4days a week.

Hello everyone I am new to this website and forum. I think I really need support and to exchange experience with others. as of June 25th, I weigh 69kg for 1m61 which means that I am overweight. I hope to loose a healthy 15kg in 3 months. This is my dream goal!! I am sure that I will be much more confident and more healthy when i'll weigh 55kg. So who's with me in this? who's into loosing tooons of weight together? :D
