Weekend weighdays.. helps keep you better behaved!

This is a particularly important month for me, since it's the last I have before I fly to the UK. Can't slip up!





2nd June - 58.3kg

9th June - 59.4kg (I slipped. Had pizza yesterday. Bah.)

16th June - 58.3kg (back to where I started - better than nothing! Next week, gonna be in the 57s if it kills me, damnit.)

My goal for this month is to wean myself completely off of the extra sugar, I've done it before and it made such a difference.


current weight: 89 kgs


this morning I had sugar with my weetbix and realised this needs to change
 
June 2: 305 lbs...goal is 1% of weight a week so a total of 11-12 lbs roughly.

right well the sugar thing seems easy enough, pretty much kicked already


I weigh on monday morning, so I have to behave on the weekend or I know about it.

11th June - 88.2 not as much as I'd like but I haven't been able to work out much the last few days, makes the next 2 weeks a bit heavier than I'd wanted.

I just started dieting and exercising this week. My goal is 40 lbs. The reason why my goal is so high is because I've cut sodas, candies, anything bad for me out of my life, eat smaller portions 5-6 times a day, and work out by running everyday and do some workout videos.

Goal for this month - well, my first goal was "anything that takes me under 90 kg!"...


but I think I can do better than that. so let that be the first mini-goal, and for the month... oh, 88kg!
 
Finally made that decision to make a lifestyle change to eat better and exercise daily. My current weight is 283 and I'd like to make it to 180. I know it a long way to go but I want to try to take it day by day and lose at least 2 lbs per week.

better late then never... i am 215 and wanna lose 30 in the next month..just got my hours cut back at work so have plenty of time to work out i know its not a great goal but im tired of waiting and i know i can do it!! atleast i keep telling myself that :jump:

really gutted about changing scales, dont know how much i've lost and i know my weight hasnt changed, dunno what i'm gona do about this chalenge
 
so i was at walmart last night and decided I would weigh myself because i dont have a scale at home. on the 7th i was 215 and last night it said i was 209 :willy_nilly:
 
Hey, Scott! I replied to you on the Club 190 thread -- yes, it must have felt like a blow when you saw on the new scales that the first number was back to a 9, after having been an 8, but congratulations on not letting it faze you, and my bet is that it'll be 8 again very very soon!
