Just popping in briefly to say hi! And wow! Good job everyone! Looks like everyone is losing - and even if it's slow business, you gotta remember, a loss is a loss and you're not in a race!

1st July - 89.0 kg 195.8 lb

9th July - 89.4 kg

15th July - 87.9 kg

22nd July - 87.3 kg 192.06lb

29th July - 87.3 kg ............. again. :banghead:





I'm going to give myself the benefit of the two last days, and come back in the 31st! under 87 or bust!!!!
 
Well, I have stopped weighing myself because number disappointment leads me to comfort eat but I have kept on track during the month and I have dropped a dress size, so I'm quite happy!

Fantastic about being down a dress size, Supchomp! :hurray: and I think you're absolutely right about the focus on numbers being a potential negative. Too much concentration on numbers can lead to folly -- and I'm a case in point, because...



I did get down below 87 this morning, by dint of close-to-starving for a day, yesterday, but I know it was silly, :blush5: so I won't put the numbers here.


(resolving to be wiser in August.)
 
Me too I've stopped weighting myself. When I am not losing or it slow, I get discouraged and go back to my bad habit *like 3 week ago*. So no more scale for me. for the past week I have been eating right and did 60 to 80min of cardio per day and I am feeling great. I just want the work out to be a part of my lifestyle and not a chore. So that that :) glad to see everyone is doing fine keep going :D
