(I am actually going to be absent from this challenge since I won't have an internet connection .. will be back in August no doubt, probably carrying the extra pounds from a trip to an all inclusive 5 star hotel.. oof! But good luck, guys! Looking forward to the inspiration!)

A Ooo, may I join? :) This is just what I need! My goal for July is 8 pounds from where I weighed in this morning. Not a huge goal but I think it would make a huge difference for me! Well I guess I'll have to make it 8 then!


My goal for this month is 23lbs. I want to be at 240lbs by the end of the month. After losing 17lbs last month and I didn't exercise as much as I wanted to and I cheated one too many times, I can reach this goal if I stick to my routine.

My goal is to loose 4 lbs this month. It may not sound like a lot, but after 6 months of diet/exercise with NO weight loss, it would be a huge milestone! 1lb a week.

Hey guys!!!! How's your week going?


For me it's going okay, on Monday I overate a little and Tuesday as well -so what's left from this week, right? haha - I'm trying to be optimistic, Wednesday went well and Thursday will probably go as well hopefully. I am planning on baking a cake, I figured that it's healthier to actually bake cakes than to buy them...what do you all think? is it a good idea or should I just stick with my strict diet for now?

With the fourth of July it's going to be tough. Sadly in America we spoil our summers with food. ANd our winters too hahaha. just don't follow the American way!
 
Me personally I don't even need a public holiday to spoil my food :D So yesterday I baked cookies and a home-made twix. I only had one cookie and one tiny bite of my twix. I forced myself to give almost everything to my sister and her friends, this way I won't have much of it left. I have attached a few pictures for you guys :)

Now here's the dilemma, I wanted not to eat sweets for at least one week...but i have some left overs of my home-made sweets, but i figured if i eat these sweets only today i will start the "real" diet tomorrow but then again, maybe tomorrow i will have something else and i will be weak as well...This is driving me craaazy....so HEEEEEELP MEEE PLEAASE!!!!!

This is a rough week, I only cheated one meal and I am looking to be stuck around this weight. I've exercised and eat great, but can't loose the pounds. Hopefully I will just have to run a little more and I will break past this plateau.

dont worry you will break it soon i though i could never get past the 200 i was about to give up but i go on the scale and was at 197. honestly i am just doing what i want and eating what i want just less and adding more fruits n veggies to what i eat and i swim about 20 laps a day. but you can do it just believe in yourself
