well basically i eat like a ton of yogurt...anytime im hungry i either eat a fruit or some yogurt.

all i eat for breakfast ussually is yogurt or cereal (not the crappy sugary kind either..like special K and stuff)

then throughout the day i ussually have my soy "meat" like hot dogs or chicken cutlet because those have the most protien in them.

on the days i work out i drink a protien shake

plus veggies and some pasta/rice/or potatoes...but i keep that very minimal coz iknow carbs are bad...i used to not eat carbs when i was losing weight but now i guess its bad to cut them out...but now im not losing weight as easy :(

Ditch the yogurt and start eating every 2.5 hours utilizing a lean protein/fibrous veggie/EFA. Keep your cabr intake to meal 1, pre, post, and post post workout using brown/white rice, sweet/white potato, yam, etc...
 
thats ok she, i thought it was also lol thats why i was eating it instead of like ice cream and stuff...im gonna try and not eat it now i guess, although i have the worst sweet tooth in the world, thats my biggest downfall guys im gonna have to not eat something to kill my sweets craving.

and about the eating every 2.5 hours, ok how small should the meals be?
apperantly im supposed to be intaking like 1800 cals a day because of my activity level and such, but i feel like thats wayyy too many.

oh yeah and i just remembered i never wrote that i take flax seed oil pills.

alright so this totally sucks...this whole past weekend all i did was get drunk and eat junk...and to make things worse we actually just found out that our gym is gonna be closed for like 3 weeks...lol yey! isnt that awesome...so for now i think im gonna go take a dance class in the city tomorrow night, since last time it really did a good job on toning me, i saw results the next day (honest to God) and then i guess we will just go free gym hopping, get passes for a week at a few gyms and do that ugh i hate switching gyms!

HAHA, you're too funny saying yay!! Ok so let me tell ya, I'm sooo bad from Friday to Sunday also. But this past weekend, instead of being all out bad like having pizza and beer, I had a hero and wine. Still cheating but not AS bad. and I kept it down to only one meal each day being a cheat besides the drinks!!! Great job seeing results from your class, use that to keep it up!!!! Imagine a month of that what you might see!!!! :D

lol thats great! i feel like in the summer time thats exactly what im prone to do.

Wow I just seen that. Im upset and you're excited about it, no wonder I have such a tough time getting you there.

lol no no i meant what i said...i get tired of always calling him the same dumb names so i come up with new ones, lol.
ussually he just uses my lines as a comeback anyways....ooooo, whatcha gotta say to that Tone?


btw i think im doing good today so far...ive had 3 meals and its onlyu 2 pm.
also about the dance class...yeah we didnt end up going, my good friend couldnt get off work, so we had to move that to this thursday...which im kinda dreading since thursday is only a continuation of tuesdays class, which means we are gonna have to pick up on the routines twice as fast plus learn new stuff ...ick! but the good news is we are also going sunday again...or at least thus is the plan. let u know how it goes :)

Alright! so i took a class in the city tonight and it was AAAAAAAmazing! i feel great after it, havent weighed myself yet..i think ill save that for tomorrow, but just thought id let u all know that it was tough! and i lvoed every moment of it...and tonight i didnt eat anything bad..green beans and soy chicken breasts yumm!
 
Glad you had fun at your class. I might have to see if they have anything here at our local gym our YMCA.
