Seeing where I started the month definitely helps, as I've been hovering around 251-252 for a week now. Helps remind me that I have actually lost the weight this month.

11 months down, one more month to finish out my first year!

Same as every other month. Weigh in once a week (doesn't matter what day, just choose one). And choose a goal weight you hope to achieve! Anyone and everyone can join in.

My goal is 137 as it stands right now, though when I weigh in on May 3rd I may change that goal. Hoping to lose 0.5 pounds a week as I am close to my goal and things have slowed down a fair amount.

Mad my goal! This is only the second time I think I've made my goal!
