Forgot to post yesterday, but did weigh

May 3 = {Estimated start = 260.9} = 257.5
May 10 = {Pace = 258.9} = 257
May 17 = {Pace = 256.8}
May 24 = {Pace = 254.8}
May 31 = {Goal = 253}

Quite pleased to have a loss of any amount as the first one was unusually low. Now have three weeks to lose four pounds.

At 6'6" and 241, you've got to be starting to look pretty fit and trim. Congrats on all of your success both short and long term.
 
Goal: 299.2 by May 31st

I would give a starting weight for the first, but I can't weigh because of a mini challenge in my contest. At 3.5 pounds a week this goal is too aggresive, but I REALLY want it! 299.2 would be 50 lbs lost and a nice bike as a reward.

April 27th 316.8 (goal)
May 4th (313.3) 317.4

No biggie. I started back lifting and I always have a big gain when I start up.
I'm still hopeful for my 299.2 goal. I was 323 at one point and it's starting to head back down.

May 11th(309.8) 316.2 Heading the right direction anyway.
May 18th (306.2)
May 25th (302.7)
May 31st (299.2)

So a little below my lowest from 2 weeks ago.

Honestly my priorities have shifted and I don't care as much about when I hit 299.2 because the loss has slowed because of lifting. I'm working my butt off, feeling good, and getting healthy. The weight will come off. Obviously I'd prefer sooner or later, but exercise is its own motivator now. I'm seeing results in my body, my breathing, my energy levels, and my mood. Suddenly the scale has lost a lot of significance.
 
Im in! Starting from now; i will lose 4 kgs off in may.
Current weight ; 118kgs

Pretty much right on pace now, which is good because I'd pretty much been over pace for the last four or five days. Two pounds a week from here gets me there.

Thanks MrVee, but feel I'm failing at the moment. Struggling with a constant 1LB a week currently. Think I need to take a leaf out of your book, and get some more excercise mixed in with it! :D You'll overtake me in no time at the rate you're going! Keep it up.

Completely not a surprise that I was up this morning. I've been desperately trying to get rid of the water weight from all the sodium I had on the weekend (including a really bad day monday) and I just couldn't do it. Combine that with a bit of fluid retention in my muscles from my new workout and being up on the scales was not at all a surprise. Oh well, it'll be interesting to see what I weigh tomorrow as I continue to come down. Only 0.2 up anyway and still staying at 30 pounds lost.
