Same as every other month. Weigh in once a week (doesn't matter what day, just choose one). And choose a goal weight you hope to achieve! Anyone and everyone can join in.

May 3: 139
May 10: 139.2 :(
May 17: 137.8 :D
May 24: 138 :(
May 31: 137 :D

My goal is 137 as it stands right now, though when I weigh in on May 3rd I may change that goal. Hoping to lose 0.5 pounds a week as I am close to my goal and things have slowed down a fair amount.

I am now 249 on the dot this morning. My goal is to be 237 by end of May. I will revise this 3rd of May then :)

Goal: 299.2 by May 31st

I would give a starting weight for the first, but I can't weigh because of a mini challenge in my contest. At 3.5 pounds a week this goal is too aggresive, but I REALLY want it! 299.2 would be 50 lbs lost and a nice bike as a reward.

April 27th 316.8 (goal)
May 4th (313.3) 317.4

No biggie. I started back lifting and I always have a big gain when I start up.
I'm still hopeful for my 299.2 goal. I was 323 at one point and it's starting to head back down.

May 11th(309.8) 316.2 Heading the right direction anyway.

May 31st goal is 180 lbs.

EDIT: I didn't meet my goal after all, but honestly, I'm just happy getting past 185.

I'm in again. I'll post my starting weight and goals on the 1st.

Tentatively, I'll shoot for about 16 pound loss (slightly off pace my 20+ loss this month due to the steroids treatment running for 9 more days) which would put me somewhere around 357... 100 pounds off my starting weight back on January 5th. That would make an awesome conclusion to the first 21 weeks of this process.

I dunno what the hell that's about, but I'll take it. I can hold steady for a week and a half now and still be on pace.

OK, here's my first weigh-in data and projections for the month:

My actual starting weight for the month of May is 374 and I weigh 370.6 right now, so I'm down 3.4 lbs for the month as of today.
This is not an especially aggressive goal for the month... it would be a total loss of 16.7 lbs... but considering I'll be on steroid meds for another week, I may need the buffer.

IF I hit my goal of 357, I will at that time weigh 100 lbs less than I started January 5th.

Very pleased, considering I've been doing the 'roids thing. Thought this would be a very slow loss week, but all turned out.
