Weight-Loss May - June 20 Weight Loss Challenge: How Much Can You Lose by Start of Summer?

Weight-Loss
Sorry didn't weigh in on Tuesday. Things have been crazy with finals and going out of town for my sister's college graduation. I am up - 161.6 - but I knew it before I weighed -- I'm a stress eater. I'm back on track TODAY

yay

I was excited this morning when I got on the scale and it said 136! I am getting it back down! :p Good luck to everyone this weekend.:D

Yay, I am down to 204 as of this morning.... hopefully I will be able to get 3 REALLY good workouts in this weekend and drop another pound or two!!!!

*sigh* weighin in at the same... at least ive not put it on i guess... but i did eat quite a bit this week... next weeks weigh in will be bad! Its my birthday this week and im going out a lot. :(

Well, since I normally weigh in on Tuesdays I decided to go ahead and post my weight even though I know it's off. It's 121 right now, but it's been that for 4 days now and yesterday afternoon it was 120.5, but I ate a ton of sodium yesterday by accident so I'm probably retaining some water right now. Just put me down as 121 for now, and I'll post tomorrow with my new weight (hopefully new).

Hi all,
I'm up for this challange! I know today is weigh-in but perhaps, It's better that I start on this day! Any challange to get motivation and support is great! My ticker has my current weight and goal. I would like to lose 10lbs by June 9th. I dont know if that is realistic, but I'm really going to try. Like some of the others, I will be leaveing to L.A. on July 7th for 5 days! I want to look "FAN-TAB" by then. Thanks..................Cabana:p

I need a kick in my butt...i have been so bad that I am scared to even step on the scales....is it okay if I dont weigh in this week.

You don't have to weigh in, but one of the purposes of the challenge is to track progress as you go, negative or positive. Failure is a given, you will gain weight sometimes. So when you acknowledge failure and address it, you figure out what changes you have to make, and therefore increase your chances of success with each failure. But only if you learn from your mistakes, and not ignore them :)

Down a little itty bit

So I haven't been posting like I should with all the drama of my life. I was really really sick and than my husband got put in the hospitial and than the disappointment of finding out I wasn't pregnant. So anyways...I am back on track and am down to 180lbs...not alot but it is a start. had a great workout today...well gotta go...will try to post everyday. Hope everyone is doing good

Hi All,
I spent the past two days at a seminar. I thought the food situation was going to be disasterous, but it actually wasnt. They had healthy alternatives to serve.

Food wise I've been sticking to alot of spinich salads, fruit and chicken. No major carbs this week. I want to see those numbers drop!

I managed to walk a mile around the track yesterday for lunch. I am having a hard time getting exercise in.

I have some major will power working up for this weekend! It's officially BBQ season.

So, i'll try to stay away from the potatoe salad and chips...mmmmm!:p
Hey all have a great weekend! Be strong!:p
