You don't have to do that. You could just weigh on fridays as your day and use that as your weight. I just meant in general to get a weight from participants early each week.

Nope! I bought a scale. I need to also, cause my son is 15 and 191 lbs! He doesn't care though, maybe looking at the # everyday will motivate him. Anyway, I'm still in!
 
Yeah 191 at 15 is a little heavy. I think I was about 160 when I was 15. I wouldn't force anything onto him yet, but I hope you're not feeding him like on those 'honey we're killing the kids' shows
 
No, he used to be on medicine for his adhd, then went off of it at the beginning of the year. Doc said it COULD cause some weight gain. No, I dont feed him like that. On the contrary, he eats the meal I fix at dinner which is something I can eat. Only more, naturally. The problem lies with what he does on his own time away from the home. I really cant control that, but do my best here.

Cool beans! We are weight twins (starting and goal :) )!

It seems like we're also hoping to reach our goal weights around the same time -- my family is doing a Biggest Loser thing with each other where my parents, two of my aunts, my sis, and a cousin are all trying to lose weight at the same time and then we are all going to Disney World in late September/early October to celebrate whatever weightloss we have accomplished. :) We'll definitely have to keep each other on point to lose the weight before our trips. :)
 
Hey guys... Ive been working hard already and hopefully got some weight loss going.

Can i put my weigh in tomorrow (monday?) coz im going to the gym then and gonna have a more accurate reading then on my scales at home... is that okay?
 
I'm definitely in for the summer weight loss challenge! I only want to lose about 11 lbs. by July 1 because I have 11 lbs. to go until I reach my goal weight. I'm 126 right now, and I want to get to 115. Any tips?

Congrats on the weightloss this week squidney101! :)

My weigh-in for today is 159.4. Can't really expect much between Friday and Tuesday so I'm happy. Larger weightloss next week since it will be a full week. :)
 
I am in

My starting weight is 182lbs
Would like to be 162 lbs by summer which would be 20lbs lost if I do this...is that realistic?
my UGW is 140lbs

i wish i had done better this week but i went to a birthday party this week... and the restaurant was my FAVOURITE sushi buffet. temptation everywhere!! O_O;;
