Well done Irish gal! It's flying off you. I just totally indulged for mothers day but it couldve been worse. It wasn't a binge and I worked so hard at the gym!

Ok never tought I would write this but here it goes!!! Congrats to all the loosers!!!! LOL For those who didn't loose congrats on the hard work, next week will be your week!

It's harder to lose weight when you're at college 9 till 7, 5 days a week. that's my petty excuse... gunna get back on track for next week.
 
Deecat, now is the perfect time to rethink your weight loss goal for the month and really buckle down to go for it. If this is something you really want, I know you'll get it done!

Kayshiz; I've already done exactly what you said :) I've revised all my goals and made myself a workout schedual. Good to know that it's what others think is the right thing to do as well. Thanks for the support.

I got to the gym today for a upper body strength session and 35 minutes on the treadmill. I am not as enthused as I use to be and my financial situation is going to be really tough so I am thinking of canceling but then I think of the sneezes from walking outside.... sigh.... what to do...
