Just what I needed. I have stayed at the same weight for a while now and I am ready to start losing weight again. My last challenge did not go well so, I must lose some weight -.-

Start Weight - Sun Feb 28 - 212.8 lbs
Week 1 - Sun March 7 -

Week 3 - Sun March 21 -

Goal Weight Loss - 12.8 lbs

Start weight for March = 200 lbs

March 3rd =199 lbs

March 17th =

March 31st =


Goal weight for March = 192.5 lbs
 
:waving: Hi everyone! Im new here and I also want to join. I want to lose about 16-18lb this month.

Im sticking to a net of 891 or less calories per day. So whatever I eat or exercise I do, I have to net 891. That was calculated by myplate that for my weight to lose 4lb per week.

So today I have eaten 810 calorie:ack2:, but burnt 491 on the elliptical so I have 572 left for the day.

As of 1 March I was 195lb (88kg).
 
Hey guys! Somehow I lost 5lbs since Monday! I am now at 215lbs. I am only 3lbs away from my 212 goal for this month!

Great work everyone. For those who haven't lost anything or maybe gained a little, don't let this stop you.

We all hit some "walls" but, together we can all achieve our goals :)

I'm proud of meee, how did that even happen?! I went out for dinner and had a huge Lebanese meal sometime in there. :)

Congrats to everyone on track for March so far, and good luck to those who aren't where they would like to be yet.

It seems like a lot of posters are almost or more than halfway to their March goal and only 1/3 of the way in! I think that means we are picking realistic obtainable goals.

I hope we do one of these every month.

I'm hoping to lose about 7.5 pounds each month for the next 6 and then 5 pounds each month for the two after that.
