Ok so i have had a look and no march weight loss challenges up yet so i thought i would get one started.

Lets see how much weight we can lose this march. :sifone: everyone will have their own goals. Id love to lose 7lbs in march so thats my goal. I weigh myself every tuesday but everyone is diff so stick up your dates and lets get going:Angel_anim:

Start weight for march = 219 lbs
March 2nd =
March 9th =

Goal weight for march = 212 lbs

I want to lose 5 pounds in march and get under 60 kg (so my goal in kg is 59.5, in pounds 132 pounds).

I weigh in tuesdays and fridays, but will use the friday weight for here if that is ok:
Feb 26: 137
Mar 5: 136 (YEY!!!!!)
Mar 12: 135 (down a pound, kind of wanted 2 pounds down but at my weight a pound is pretty impressive too)
Mar 19:
Mar 26:

Goal overall March: 132 pounds

Count me in! I love a monthly challenge!

It's good it's March 2nd start date as that's also my BL weigh in date!

Start weight for march = 90.4kg/199.3 lbs (but subject to change on Tuesday morning as haven't weighed in since last week. 90.4kg is my last week's weight)
March 2nd = (goal: 89.8kg)
March 9th = (goal: 88.8kg)
March 16th = (goal: 87.8kg)
March 23rd = (goal: 86.8kg)
March 30th = (goal: 85.8kg)

Goal weight for march = 85.8kg/189.2lbs
March monthly goal loss: 4.6kg/10.14lbs
 
I'm at about 170 now and want to get down to 110. I just started changing everything. I'm not going to weigh myself until I get much smaller. I'm 5'9 and would love to get back down to 100 like I was at 18. My goal for March 30th is to get down to at least
125.
I started exercising every day, taking a diet pill, and eating less. Hope I can make it!!! I hate feeling this fat.

This is my first post, but I'm up for this challenge. I currently weigh 149 lbs and my goal for the end of march is 140. I am also planning on starting either Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred, or slim in 6. If anyone is interested in starting with me?

I have the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! I love that DVD!! It's so hard but I feel great after I'm done! :D

Sorry if this is being nosey but is dieting when you're pregnant a good idea? If you breastfeed the weight will fly off you after the baby is born !

March 2nd = 130.7 kg (a watery +2.2 kg from yesterday!)
March 9th = 128.0 kg Yay!
March 16th = 128.0 I'm in Italy on vacation! Doing great I think!
March 23rd = 126.7
March 30th =

Goal weight for March = 126kg

Im in! This is the BIGGEST that I have ever been!! i seriously have fallen off the waggon. Gained over 30 lbs since last year this time. I ma seriously ready for a change and get this weight OFF once and for all!!! For the month of March i want to lose 7-10 lbs.
