Ok so i have had a look and no march weight loss challenges up yet so i thought i would get one started.
Lets see how much weight we can lose this march. everyone will have their own goals. Id love to lose 7lbs in march so thats my goal. I weigh myself every tuesday but everyone is diff so stick up your dates and lets get going
