Not quite hit my target but seem to have hit a weight loss plateau, been working hard with swimming and my diet has been good but since starting the diet in january this is the first time ive had two weeks with no loss so this week to try and shock my body back into diet mode ive swapped my swimming for the gym so hopefully it will start back to normal next week, have lost 23lb so far so not giving up!

Arrg! I gained weight because I was on vacation last week. I was 129 lbs before I left for the trip. :(

So this month was just depressing!! I did so well in Jan and Feb - damn it!!

March 22nd - 179 (freaky blip - no idea as it was gone the next day!)

I have a feeling April is going to be a good month for us. :) We need to kick it up and seek revenge on March.
