I'm just aiming to have lost 5lb by the end of this month, I know its not a huge target but im being realistic as my weight loss is slowing now as im getting closer to my target weight, I lost 8lb last month

Flame Retardant i also added myself an extra challenge this month - during March i am going to make sure i eat five portions of fruit or veg a day!!

Wierdly in some ways my diet seems more unhealthy than normal life as i keep opting to use my calories for less healthy more filling foods - very naughty!!! Way too many carbs!!

So this month its five portions next month i think it will be to eat the right proportions of protein, i am very concerned i dont seem to be getting enough right now. Again same issue as above!!

Ok so In January I had made a pact of loosing 10 by the end of march I am still 5lb- 6lb away....the reward was suppose to be a tattoo but now it will have to be the satisfaction of acomplishing I set out to do...all about keeping my word so in January I was at 180.6 so I have to be at 170.6 by the end of March.
