Hi guys, I see no one has started this one, so I will
Starting Weight: 276.4
Goal Weight: 268.4
March 1st - 276.4
March 8th - 272 (-4.4) (I walked 4 miles today, sore as hell, but so proud I could cry)
March 15th - 272 (really have no idea whats going on, but at least I didn't put on any weight
March 22nd -
March 29th -
Amount weight loss/gained =
% loss/gained =
(March 1st weight/March 29th weight * 100)
Lets go guys, I really messed up February, need to redeem myself in March.
