Hi guys, I see no one has started this one, so I will

Starting Weight: 276.4
Goal Weight: 268.4

March 1st - 276.4
March 8th - 272 (-4.4):hurray: (I walked 4 miles today, sore as hell, but so proud I could cry)
March 15th - 272 (really have no idea whats going on, but at least I didn't put on any weight:)

Aiming for a 3.5 kg/7.7lb loss- might be a tad ambitious, but you know what they say, shoot for the moon...

Also adding this one for myself: walk 1.5hr everyday in march - try to make atleast 5 out of 7 days on the hills. 2 days can be on the treadmill.

Nooo!! It was hard for me too! Hell - right now I'm thinking trying to lose 6lbs may be way too easy but that's my over-confidence talking XD 8lbs sounds great for a month - that's 2lbs a week - totally healthy & sustainable :)

March 15th - 207.0 lbs / 93.89 kg Slipped a couple of times this week but worked hard to get back on track. Hoping to reach my goal a little early.
March 22nd - 208.6 lbs / 94.61 kg Slight setback. Really wasn't expecting the gain but looking forward sprinting to the finish line.
March 29th - 207.0 lbs / 93.89 kg One pound shy of my monthly goal. Looking forward to getting down to my ultimate goal of 200 lbs soon.

Could really use this!... The scale is becoming my own worst enemy. Weighing myself 3-4 times a day and getting mad/unmotivated when I see a number I do not like. Will try my hardest to only weigh myself on these specific days. :)
