Many of us find 7 pounds a difficult task. Some people manage it with comparitive ease whilst others of us work just as hard and find it so difficult.
The main thing is that we all try our best.
I didnt manage it this month - although I have maintained control over my food, walked over 328 miles this month and attended a number of keep fit classes so it certainly isnt through lack of effort.
01 March = 11st 02.8lbs i.e. 156.8 pounds.....................................................Start Weight
07 March = 11st 03.0lbs i.e. 157.0 pounds (0.2 pounds total GAIN) - TOM
14 March = 11st 01.2lbs i.e. 155.2 pounds (1.6 pounds total LOSS)
21 March = 10st 12.8lbs i.e. 152.8 pounds (4.0 pounds total LOSS)
28 March = 10st 11.8lbs i.e. 151.8 pounds (5.0 pounds total LOSS)
31 March = 10st 11.0lbs i.e. 151.0 pounds.....................................................Finish Weight
Total Lost in March =
5.8 pounds
Naturally I would like to lose more weight - but I am not sure that it is possible this deep into a long term project.
I worked hard consistently for this weight loss and am pleased with the results.
