Slow week this week, but have made the 7lb target which is good. Hope to lose another couple before the end of the month.

Total lost so far in March = 8.7 lbs

I far exceeded my expectations for this month.

Well done everyone! :hurray:

Many of us find 7 pounds a difficult task. Some people manage it with comparitive ease whilst others of us work just as hard and find it so difficult.

The main thing is that we all try our best.

I didnt manage it this month - although I have maintained control over my food, walked over 328 miles this month and attended a number of keep fit classes so it certainly isnt through lack of effort.

01 March = 11st 02.8lbs i.e. 156.8 pounds.....................................................Start Weight

14 March = 11st 01.2lbs i.e. 155.2 pounds (1.6 pounds total LOSS)
21 March = 10st 12.8lbs i.e. 152.8 pounds (4.0 pounds total LOSS)
28 March = 10st 11.8lbs i.e. 151.8 pounds (5.0 pounds total LOSS)
31 March = 10st 11.0lbs i.e. 151.0 pounds.....................................................Finish Weight

Naturally I would like to lose more weight - but I am not sure that it is possible this deep into a long term project.
I worked hard consistently for this weight loss and am pleased with the results.
 
I did well at the Feb challenge, but failed the March challenge, I actually GAINED 6 pounds, eek!!
 
4th March - 203lb
10th March - 200lb
18th March - 197lb
24th March - 196lb
31st March - 194lb

Yippee 9lb lost!!!

3rd March 2008 = 161.6
6th March 2008 = 161.0

21st March 2008 = 159.4

total March loss = 5 lbs

now just to get back to that low!!

Weight Loss: 2.1 lbs

I never seem to hit that seven pound loss...not even close! lol Maybe April will be my month?!

I would like to do it at least one of these months darn it.
