Forgot it was the tenth so I missed my weigh in this morning. I only weigh myself in the morning. I shall do it when I wake up today. (I still need to go to sleep.) lol Cross your fingers people!
01 March = 11st 02.8lbs i.e. 156.8 pounds
07 March = 11st 03.0lbs i.e. 157.0 pounds (0.2 pound total GAIN)
14 March = 11st 01.2lbs i.e. 155.2 pounds
18 March = 10st 13.6lbs i.e. 153.6 pounds
So far I have lost 3.2 pounds. It doesnt look like I will manage it this month.
March 7th: 137.3 (-.6 lbs)
March 14th: 133.6 (-3.7lbs)
March 21st: 131.5 (-2.1lbs)
March 28th:
Total lost so far in March = 6.4 lbs
Closing in on the 7lb mark for March. I would love to lose 1.5lbs to reach my first goal of 130. I'm on vacation this week so will be getting a lot of exercise in which should hopefully help.

ARGH! Doesn't look like I'm going to make 7lbs, but that's OK. Today may have been a fluke though because on Friday I weighed in at 205.5 for Summer Solstice Challenge. So who knows - maybe today was just water weight and by next week I'll be 203!! Maybe wishful thinking but that's ok.
