Welcome to the March challenge. Same principle as February, just lose what you want, post when you want. Aim for 7lbs as a guide. Together we can make it happen.

I am hoping to manage the 7 pounds this month. A little more would be nice. I hope that I dont just lose the 3.8 pounds that I managed in January.

Currently weighing 144 lbs.. want to weigh 137 by the end of March

Going to be tricky cos I go away to America for 10 days and the food over there is oh so tempting - gained a little last time I went

But I have faith!!

1st March 2008 = 162.4
2nd march 2008 = 162.0

21st March 2008 = 159.4

i'm in but i'm not gonna weigh myself until march 30.. i have been weighing myself more than twice a day for almost a year i think this could really help improve my perspective.

7lbs would be awesome, I was loosing about 10 lbs a month but the last few months I'm lucky to loose 4-5lbs.

It's true, the lower in weight I get the much tougher it gets and since I'm hitting the gym hard I'm gaining lot's of muscle weight.

Start of the month I was 151 lbs.

Great, 7 lbs in a month sounds much better than trying 2lbs a week, which I always fail at...this sounds way more achieveable!!

Here we go, I want to actually finish one challenge!!

Hi Everyone! Yes, I would love to join this challenge too! I hope it's ok that I'm enrolled in the "Summer Solstice Challenge" as well. Doing two challenges will hopefully keep my on my toes.:seeya:
