Magenta honey!!!! Where are you?? I'm sitting here listening to my CD. I love it. Haven't seen my mom yet to give it to her but I want to see if I can copy it first or I'll never get to hear it again!!!!

Hi Im back,been ultra busy lately,kids/kindy starting again!I am doing my aerobics classes every day again!I have an injury already,my hip joint gets sore if I sit down for longer than 5 or 10minutes!I cant do any stretches on that leg(right).The one where you put left leg out straight to the left side sitting down.Put your right leg with knee bent,foot on side of left leg.Then you put your knee to the ground.CANT DO IT!Hurts like hell!
I had this injury last year but it was only a mild strain compared to this time!
But the weird thing is it is fine once I have walked around for a few minutes.I can do a whole class,jogging/lunging etc without any pain.
Im sure it will go away like last time as I get more fit.
Enough sooking!I have cooked a few CSIRO diet recipes.Fish ones,and one of yours Rhronda,it was great!I am weighing my food,200gms of meat/fish for the night time meals.100 to 150gms for lunch meals.Eating a lot of more fish than usual,which can only be a good thing.
Still eating too much,but more of the right foods!;)
 
Good morning Magenta. Glad you made it back. I've been kind of lonely lately. Mmmm, fish! You'll have to send me some recipies! Around here fish is equal to "fry"! I'm actually working on searching for healthy snacks to keep with me on the bus! Any ideas? Remember I have no AC!
 
well done eating more fish and the right type of foods, I hope your strain heals quickly.
 
Well I am shocked!I weighed myself today at the shopping center scales.It said 113.5/250lbs!!!!That means I have lost 4.1kgs/9lbs over the last 3 weeks.I have been off and on with the diet but I think the aerobics classes are doing most of it!
I did a great step class today,it was very fast and energetic.I used 1 raiser under the step,I did struggle at first.But I got a second wind and put more energy into it!I have noticed that I sweat a heap more than I used to!
I was a good girl today and ate very healthy.
Breakfast
2 pieces of toast with no butter and vegemite on them/cup of coffee.
Lunch
Sandwich-2 slices of wholegrain bread,no butter,fruit chutney,chicken slice,cheese slice low fat,sliced pickles.
Tea
Salad with carrot,cuccumber,apple,chopped ham,tomato.
 
Congratulations!!! How exciting your loss is! :) Well keep up the great work with those step classes.. :D
 
Thanks guys(girls)I am happy that I am finally back on track again.My hip is much better and doesnt hurt as much now.I am getting through the aerobics classes much better too.I am getting fitter much quicker this time around,the instructor said that your body remembers how to get fit again.
The hardest is the first time a person gets into exercise.Reading Dr Phils book on weightloss and has some good points on how to keep junk out of house.I am determined to loose it and loose for good!Its not fair after working so hard to get there to put it all back on again!
It is also so much harder since I got into my 30s!It was much easier before having kids.
My husband said that I look like I have lost weight in my legs.I do carry a lot of my weight in my legs/arms.I usually loose in my stomach area first,but this time I have put more on in my stomach area.
I am thinking about going to a Podiatrist,when I get an injury its always in my right leg!I hurt my right knee last year,my right foot gets sore on the inside of my heel/instep area all the time!My hip injury on right hip,I also get dry skin on my heels that if I dont put cream on every night,crack and is sore to walk on.
I still get it on my left heels too,but always worse on my right foot!When I walk my feet roll inwards,even when I stand,I have flat arches!
I know it all sounds really bad,but I still manage to do aerobics every day monday to friday ok.
I have been good with my food intake,salads,grilled meats,no junk!I just hope I will keep it all up!;)
 
I did a weigh in today at the same scales in the shopping center.It read 112.5kg/248lb,another kilo lost!I have been pushing myself hard in the aerobics classes every morning.I have been eating healthy but naughty sometimes.
I was surprised that I had lost at all.
A loss is a loss,it has given me motivation to keep going.;)
 
Well Done, 1 kilo is a great loss, keep it up :D
