Lunch

I just finished lunch.
I had:
1 orange, 12 ounces grilled chicken, 1 cucumber, 15 green olives, 2 handfuls of purple grapes, 2 ounces of pumpkin seeds (tamari roasted), 2 cups of water.

What'd y'all have?

I had a tootsie roll.

I win.

30 ounces of Spaghetti LOL, yeah that's what a guy who eats 5000 calories has for lunch

whole grain pasta, 96% lean beef, organic sauce with no added sugar or salt

997 calories

I might have an apple too

Breakfast: 4 Chicken Tenders (100c each), 1/2 Cup oatmeal with 2tbs of NPB/Splenda, Fiber Supplement

Lunch: 2 salmon fillets with parmasen/garlic, Mixed greens salad with broccoli/2 servings Olive Oil, 1 banana

Dinner/snack 1 and 2 not yet :)

Best wishes,

Chillen

I wish I could eat what you guys eat and not waste away. I have to psyche myself up for a meal and I go to bed painfully bloated most nights

Breakfast:

2 bison sausages
8oz protein drink
1 cup of yogurt with 1 tsp raw sugar
handful of vitamins/supplements

Mid-morning snack: 1 cup of yogurt with 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

Lunch:

6oz prime rib steak
2 cups of raw broccoli/cauliflower/grape tomatoes
1 cup sugar snap peas
1 tangerine

That's not very anabolic, is it?

Well, Goochie-poo (;)), its not the calories causing the bloat-to a degree. Its the content of those calories. Possibilities include: Too much Carbohydrates (or too much of the wrong types of carbohydrates--for you), and possibly Fiber, as two examples. Or are you referring to your stomach being so full of food, you are ready to pop like a baloon, so-of-bloat definition? I am surprised you dont have a cushioned cieling in your home, specially padded when you take dump, the way you woof down food, I am surprised you dont blast off the t-bowl like a rocket. This way you will not get hurt, ;).

Best regards,

Chillen

LOL, I believe it's just the simple amount of food. If I weigh myself in the morning after using the bathroom and in the evening right after dinner the difference is usually about 7 lbs. (my waist measurement can be close to 3 inches different as well) I do eat a shiatload of fiber, but certain parts of me thank me for that.

It's not so bad. I just wanted to be a crybaby for a minute

..and how do you know I don't have a cushioned ceiling?

I eat what is in the cafeteria. I usually choose Chef's creation. Everything else seems like junkfood(pizza, burgers, fries, Tacos, etc.).
Lunch:
Roast Beef
Mashed Potatoes
Assorted veggies
Root Beer
