I'm in! I have no idea what I weigh since I still have no scale, but I have two goals for the month. First goal, is to buy a scale. Second goal is to be back to 210 so that I'm back on track to where I was before the big move.
Life is crazy. I survived my first week as a real teacher. All the kids survived too, so that is a big plus. Now I am just trying to develop some routines and get back in the swing of a healthy lifestyle.
This month is going to be a re-establishing one for me. The number is not my main concern, I'm just trying to get back into my good habits.
