An easy challenge with simple rules and points!! I love points cos I’m competitive and the thought of losing points for a donut keeps me on the right track!
So, I was thinking of a Christmas Challenge....basically lose as much as you can! Set yourself a target to reach before Christmas and then go for it!!!
Points will be allocated for exercise, weight lost and bonus tasks completed. Every week I will add up the points allocated and will post the League Board
So here are the rules....
The challenges will run from Sun – Fri. Sat is a day off (if you want it to be)
To get the bonus challenge points you must complete it every day Sun – Fri.
Post your stats by Friday evening (whatever time zone that may be! Just whenever it is Friday evening for you!) The points league will be posted every Sunday.
Bonus challenge will be posted on a Saturday.
5 points for every 15 mins of exercise completed.
10 points for each pound lost
20 points for completing the bonus challenge (exercise based, changes every week)
100 points if you hit your target!

Sounds like fun to me! Though I doubt I'll see much movement in my weight each week, I'm sure going to try and stack up as many points. I'm a competative person too. and who knows, maybe this will keep me a little more dedicated. we'll see!!

I'd like to join. I'm already down 80lbs since May. I'd really like to reach my final goal of 235 by christmas but I think that might be a bit much. My Goal of 245 will put me down 110 for the year. Sounds like fun!

I'm just going to add my total points of exercise for the day and keep accumulating that. Usually consists of an early morning brisk walk/jog, a class or two of group fitness a day, and elliptical/weights on days where there are no classes. Just so you all know what makes up my score and why it is so high some days.
