Looking for a diet buddy

i am interested too. im 21 just had my first child. i am looking to lose 50lbs! maybe all 3 of us can communicate and support each other.
 
Sure I can give you a hand if you would like. I'm looking for a buddy to help me eat right and such as well. I'm going to the gym as well as trying to motivate myself to do runs, bike rides and other activities. My main problem is eating the right foods and such.

Anyways, I'm from New Jersey as well so that's cool!

Diet Buddy needed

Hey there,

After having fallen off track a few times I've decided I need all the help I can get! I'm looking for a diet buddy/support partner. The deal? I support you and you support me on this weight loss journey. I'm looking to lose 30 lbs (hoping to achieve this goal by early next year) and am seriously committed to making this work. I just need help along the way, and will gladly provide it to anyone that needs it as well.

Anyone want to be kinda weight loss buddies?

Heey everyone! I want to lose 10-15lbs but often get off track, and I was thinking having someone just to chat to regularly would help keep me (and you?) from falling off the wagon, cause losing weight by yourself can get lonely and pretty boring sometimes. Anybody interested?
 
your best bet for constant "support" is to start yourself a diary/journal in the above section - you'll have the entire forum member base at your disposal :)
 
Hey! Can I be your buddy? I have a little more to lose than you but the description of what you want in your first post sounds exactly what I need. I often get off track too and think chatting regularly would help -like you say losing weight by yourself can get lonely and boring.
 
I am totally up for a buddy.
I'm hoping to make my weight loss a long term/be a healthier me kind of thing.

I'd like support, and i'm of course willing to give it too! we dont always have to talk about weight either!
 
it is indeed -please use the report post function rather than quoting the spam -we don't always catch the spam as it's posted, so the report post function is there to point out any threads we might have missed -whent he spam is quoted - it just makes it tougher to delete stuff...

Hey guys, I'm 20 y/o looking to lose 75 lbs. - going from 255 to 180 and we'll see where it goes from there. I plan on doing a reduced calorie (1800-2000 calorie diet) and moderately-intense cardio 4-5 days a week. PM me or reply to my post if you want to be a buddy, as I could use the support and friendly competition to be healthy in a college campus setting.

Hey everyone Im new here. Im 16, male and from South Dakota.

I'm looking to change from an offensive tackle to fullback next year in football and currently weigh 253. Would like to go down to about 200 - 215.
