Thanks for the support. I am not sure if this is where I reply to you or not. You will have to tell me if it isn't. Well today I have started strict again. I am hoping to lose at least another 5 to 10 pounds before March 19th. I am going to visit my brother and I a friend I haven't seen for quite some time. So if you have any tips on foods that help or excersise tips I am all ears. Right now I am watching calories and fats. What are you doing?
