If you can work treats into your plan an still stick to your calories that's great!
I don't, but it depends on your plan. Fat helps keep me satiated for a long time between meals. You also have to watch your fat count as much as calories. I try not to succeed 20 grams of fat in a day.

I guess I can relate. I listen to my body during the dieting. If my body needs carbs, I eat carbs, if I need something sweet then I eat dark chocolate or if I'm craving for something salty and crunchy then I eat tostitos. For breakfast I had an everything bagel with eggs, cheese, avocados and tomatoes. It's not the best diet but I'm going to the dentist and then the gym so I need something that's going to keep me fueled.
I think this is a real clue to success - to be aware of what your body actually wants and is calling for (as opposed to what a tired, ad-swamped brain might think it wants). Good for you on having that well sorted!I listen to my body during the dieting. a distance or a speed? Or something else entirely?4.0 on the treadmill
What are you doing for your inner thighs at home?
I went to the gym and I pushed myself to sweat.
Take a wide stance for squatting will target the adductor muscles
This is good, but remember the quantity of sweat is not a good indicator of the quality of the training session, People who do not sweat or sweat very little often do themselves harm thinking they just need to push harder.
Glad this works for you, listening to my body or something is what got me into the state I was in a few months ago. I've been fighting to ignore it...I listen to my body during the dieting. I know how frustrating that is but you ARE doing what you can. Try to compare yourself to yourself a while back rather than other people who seem to have it all together (but whose demons you don´t know about).I can only do a little bit a day. I'm making dinner right now but I can't put a full day in yet
