But seriously, you got a great body to start with, just make sure you look after it!
 
:( Hey yall, I have not been doing anything...:( I had a depressing week really and just didn't want to do much. My boyfriend and I have been going through a lot of crap...basically I want to marry him and he doesn't want to marry me....

Anyways he leaves for work tonight and will be gone for 2 weeks! I am starting my routine up tomorrow and keeping with it no matter how bad I feel or how things get! But I have been holding my baby and pressing him up and down...does that count a lil ha ha :)

And sorry if your co-workers think you was looking at porn...maybe I should delete that photo...

Knowing Tom he was just kidding......with the porn comment. Tom is harmless.....I think (LOL). :)

YEP! doing REPS with the little one can do the body good! :)

No need to delete the photo. If Tom doesnt' like it he doesn't have to look at it. LOL

It puts a strain on a relationship with a new baby. Hang in there you'll get through it. I have 3 of my own and the last one reassured us we don't want any more. It takes about a year to get back to something thats close to normal. I read you are nursing and thats awesome!!! good for you. But keep in mind this will create further strain with your boyfriend. My wife nursed all 3 of ours and we had our share of issues. Maybe back off him a bit on the marriage thing for now IMO. He's probably very overwhelmed.

You better tell your boyfriend to wake up and get his act together before a guy like me comes and sweeps you off your feet..!

Kidding about the last part... but really! He needs to realize what he's got.

Ok I am going to go out on a limb here.

I am in the same position as your boyfriend. Now coming from a guys point of view dont take this the wrong way!

Just after we had our child my girlfriend got on my case big time about marrying her. I dont have commitment issues but after having possibly the biggest commit in life, a child, it makes it very hard to face another thing that a female is much more passionate about than males.

Now its not that we dont love our girlfriends with all our hearts its just that its so hard having a young child and having that expectation of being a father then the added expectation of being a husband, planning a wedding etc.

Maybe just give him some time and he will come around. Its real hard for us guys we dont have many brain cells to rub together on matters like this.

Hope this gives you another guys opinion who is in the same circumstances :)

Now get back to working out and quit slacking! :yelrotflmao:

I started my working out again. I haven't had a chance to do my legs, but I have been using my baby as weight for leg extentions lol. I can't do too much arms with him because I get tired and he drools everywhere lol!

But just letting yall know that I am back on track! :D

LOL! Just think of them as simple battle droplets! As you get stronger and can do it longer, just make sure daddy isnt close by or he may get siliva bombed. :) (when he is home)

OMG CAN I GET A BREAK!!!

Ok here is an update on me!
I haven't worked out since sunday! :(
Reason...Me and the little one have been sick with a stomach virus!!! HORRIBLE!
Then yesterday seemed better so I thought we were good to go...nope...sore throat this morning and the little one is hoarse!

I mean SH!T can I just get a break already!

Alright woman, we know by looking at you that you are in damn good shape already. You're looking awfully lean, your stomach is nice and flat. So, Weights, weights, weights!!! Whether it be baby boy or dumbbells, something. As lean as you are, a little added muscle will make you into super woman. (Not that you aren't already superwoman, I remember baby days and I felt like I had to be superman everyday just to keep up).

You may cruise around the forum a bit regarding ab work. I know some people naturally have better ab shape than others. I've even heard of going heavy on ab exercises to bring out larger, more defined abs versus super high reps. As lean as you are, you really don't have far to go.

Did you have defined abs prior to getting pregnant? Just wondering if you are trying to get back to a previous point in your fitness or if this ab thing is a new goal.

Keep us updated dear. I honestly believe that with your genetics, a little hardcore weight training is all that stands between you and an even better body than you already have. Keep up the good work and motivation. Greg
 
Cute baby. I would do some planks, which may not lead to visible abs, but will help strengthen the core.

Hope you feel better. My son woke up today with a sore foot, now hes limping. We went to the pediatrician and the orhopedist, but they said it was Toxic Synovitis most likely. He is limping now, but when he woke up he could barely walk without support. If you're sick, you're sick not much can be done.
 
Ok I worked out today! I did shoulders, triceps, biceps, back and abs! It was a total of about 20 minutes and it was with the band. I have a feeling I will be sore tomorrow but maybe not! :D I feel so much better too! The little one is better also :D I think I may have even came up with a new a workout lol...Jayden (that is my baby's name) wanted me to play with him so I put him sitting on my feet and I was holding his hands and stretching my legs out...it was pulling in my abs and after 5 times I had to stop lol!

Thanks everyone for all the encouragement! I want to have a great GREAT body before summer gets here!! That would so rock! I wish it would happen by March 16th but I don't think I am going to get that one lol.
 
Ok, what am I missing, what's going on the 16th?

Keep up the good work. Caring for a little one is TOUGH! Worse than a full time job. Hang in there!
