Monday- ME lower
Tuesday- ME upper
Wednesday- DE lower
Thursday- DE upper
Friday- Sledgeing, throwing, oly, sprinting, jumping/hopping, or whatever I feel like working again, be it another upper or lower day.

Pretty vauge and general now, but as this progresses, I'd like to know what you all think.

ME upper day. Made short work of warm up but got caught up talking to people I haven't seen all summer for 5-10 min.

Might have done a little more, but I am going to attend a brazillian jiu juitstsutsudf class at 6. I don't know what kind of conditioning they'll be doing, so I didn't want to totally exhaust everything, and especially wanted to steer clear of working my problematic chest.

My work capacity is kind of low, I feel like this is near the most volume I can handle right now. How are my exercise choices? Should I add in more? Core work, maybe? Let me know what you think.
 
hey Lei, i am working on that T-hang! Are you? i learned that doing pullups with your legs up and straight out in front of you is the start. Then you widen your grip, and widen, and widen and then you turn your grip, and then you find rigs and get it!!!

i have been doing the T'figure pullups.

your log looks great... stay with it man.... I will send some snaps when I get closer to pullin it off.

Have you seen "Peaceful Warrior" yet? Good Movie man--

Hey FF. Dude, I think I pretty much got the iron cross down. I can't hold it for very long, but I get pretty level. I'm even excited just to say it...I think I'll take some pics as well next time I get on those suckers, which might be Friday or Sunday.

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA

I have a tire! It's 200+ lbs, might be closer to 3 but I don't know, as any weight feels a bit strange when applied to a different shape or whatever...

Anyway, it's a good weight for me. Today went like this:

Tire flips x lots
Sledge swngs x a few each side, until I was tired. Usually about 10+ swings/side. 12 lb sledge.

Sledging

Did some hops and reactive stuff in and out of the tire, too, but not much.

Yeah, I think my standing is between a soph/junior (I have a lot of credits but don't know which I will use to transfer), and I'm a bio major.
 
lol...I haven't taken ANY bio classes, since my junior college is a little messed up...but I'm good with any math or physics you've got. Chem, too. Hahah
 
Lol, I'll do my best to come up with questions in those subjects for ya. If you have been following the "Pop ins" youll take notice most of the questions havn't been about those two subjects...;)

Ring work...probably 5-10 minutes of just hanging from the rings, spread out over 20 min or so.

Okay, so I did this mainly for FF...but I gotta say, the iron crosses have gotten HARDER. Maybe it's because I've gained weight (been trying to) or maybe it's because my right pec is still weakened from Thursday's workout (it's problematic and still a little sore today)...but no excuses. I'm gtill going to get this thing, and I took pictures so I might as well post them.

Good news- I GOT MY NIKE FREE'S TODAY

No longer will I have to be told to put my shoes back on when lifting. No longer will my socks be constantly filthy. No longer will I have to put up with sub-par footwear when running or what have you.

I noticed that my volume is still very low. What kinds of exercises do you think I should be doing, with what reps? I figured I should be doing at least double what I have now. I think I counted only 5 exercises in this session...what do you think?
