I usually try to keep it as short as possible. Sometimes is less than 60 sec, sometimes it's two minutes or more...it depends on what I'm doing. I usually rest more on the main ME sets for instance, but when it comes to the assistance/work capacity exercises, I try to do everything back to back. When I superset I don't rest, I consider it a circut.
