My Chuck T's only cost 25 bucks.
 
I was gonna go with Chucks but I didn't really want/feel like I needed ankle support, especially if I was going to do stuff like sprints and hops. I know they make low-cut Chucks but I guess the money in my pocket was just burning holes...lol

Thanks PB. The rings have a ton of different uses. You can even strap them to stuff and do some sled pulling...

I just eat everything in sight whenver I can, and I don't know if I've gained at all, but I do feel heavier, and all signs point to weight gain (without actually measuring weight...I don't have a scale) like the increased difficulty of BW exercises.

I weighed in today at BJJ (after class) at 164. That's after a few buckets of sweat, so maybe I'm closer to 170 than 160. Gotta stay on the ball though, gotta bring the weight up.

Today was GPP/whatever day

Warmed up with some cleans at 135 and 11 front squats or so.

Went outside and set up some rope from a tree, got my tire and sledge out.

Circut went like this:

Tire flips all the way to the top of the driveway
10+ sledge swings per side. 12 lb sledge
Rope climb/pull ups from rope
3x60 lb db snatch (press was too hard after upper body yesterday)

circutX3 and some odd rope pulls/tire flips

Duration: pretty short, got tired and sweaty enough

I usually try to keep it as short as possible. Sometimes is less than 60 sec, sometimes it's two minutes or more...it depends on what I'm doing. I usually rest more on the main ME sets for instance, but when it comes to the assistance/work capacity exercises, I try to do everything back to back. When I superset I don't rest, I consider it a circut.

Hey, Merc, long time no see! I think I am around 167 or so. Getting back up there since I weighed in at 155 a few months ago.
 
ok Lei, I want you to look into my eye!! hahhahaa isn't that weird?? haha

anyhow, wanted you to know I have been using the cables when I am at the gym doing some cross overs and such... i get the weight real heavy to where it is almost as heavy as me and then try try try, then lower the weight, yada yada..

the "iron cross" is ours.
 
Sometime in the summer, probably at the beginning of July, I started losing weight due to no lifting and no eating.

I'm gettin back up there, I weighed in today at 168 (with sweat-soaked clothes).

Send over that steak anyway!

This was unorganized and the rest was long for the oly lifts. I was out of practice witht he oly lifts and it felt kind of strange, but I felt like this workout was okay considering the fact that I've wanted to get back to oly lifts for a while. Plus, I already got my speed press in, which was really the point of the DE upper day. My OH press is of great importance.
 
Do your neighbours give you funny looks when you are flipping your tire up and down the road? Also where did you get it can I see a picture?
