Lmao, thanks Merc. I have replaced benching with OH pressing in my workouts, so my PL'ing total, if you make the substitution, is pretty weak...My program currently consists of figuring out roughly what I want to do a little while before I actually do it. I used to stress about my assistance or supplemental exercise choice, but now I just say, "Tomorrow, I'll squat/clean/oh press," the rest is whatever I feel like doing.

I think I got like, a C on that last exam.

Yeah I agree, evo you need to startpush pressing again.

Eh...not really. I'm nowhere near any competitive level, and I'd sooner compete in a combat sport, which is something I want to do/start training for sometime soon...So I think the lifting that I am doing now benefits me more for that which I think might come sooner.

Once I start training for it, I'll be ready to fight faster than I'll be squatting 5's.

Didn't get to add in yesterday's workout, so here it is:

Lower volume so I don't overload my CNS and totally fail tomorrow's vital exam (after deadlifting, as you will see, I felt so good I decided to **** going easy and totally max out. Hopefully if I am indeed in a supercompensatory mode, I will be able to stay at it long enough to kick this exam's ass...but I'll have to take it easy for finals next week)

Front squats-
5 @ 135
2x5 @ 155
3x3 @ 165

The icing on the cake is the fact that I lost a lot of "testosterone" over the weekend, if you know what I'm saying. I'm also pretty stressed about finals and exams. The music was pretty ****ty soft rock, and I was supersetting the front squats and dl's to save time. On top of all that, I managed to pull 35 pounds over my last max. Hilarious.

(sets x reps)

Part I:

Front squats-
5 @ 135
4x5 @ 155

Part II: (several hours later)
Plenty of sled pulling at some park. I don't really have a sled, I made one and hauled my plates around town. The plate loading was almost as much of a workout as the actual sled dragging...this type of sled dragging kinda sucks. The plates keep falling off (I am using those snow disk/sled things)

I was going to throw the tire or my "shot" (Broken 45 hex dumbell)...but...I didn't.

I'm on summer break now and you'll probably see more sessions like this.

I forgot to add that I did plenty of sled dragging at work on Monday. Work sled dragging>sled dragging from today.
