Hello, all. I just got back from vacation and have a lot of catching up to do. I left on the first, so I'll use that as my start and I got back today.
Aug 1: 206
Aug 10: 212
A horrendous start, but I'm going to really hit it hard now. My goal for this week is to get down to 206 by Friday. I'm hoping that it's mostly salt and water on me and not all the fat that I was eating this last week.
