You might want to create your own program based on your needs.
There's a pretty big river where i live, So i go whenever i get the chance away from gym workouts, Then yeah its quite a big river so depending on the day il workout how many k's i want to do.
You can really feel it when you get back from it though, The trapz are loving it for some reason.
