I thought the strong lifts one was just one of those ad ones..that want you to signup and such. So do i download the E-book or something?

Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Inverted Rows 3xF
Push-ups 3xF
Reverse Crunch 3x12

Workout B
Squat 5x5
Overhead Press 5x5
Deadlift 1x5
Pull-ups/Chin-ups 3xF
Prone Bridges 3x30sec

You might want to create your own program based on your needs.

There's a pretty big river where i live, So i go whenever i get the chance away from gym workouts, Then yeah its quite a big river so depending on the day il workout how many k's i want to do.

You can really feel it when you get back from it though, The trapz are loving it for some reason.

Yeh. Ive got a few links from mates also, Just need to workout which one im going to go with then change it up a bit!

Its not surprising the traps are getting indirectly hit, L-T. They should be, they are actually assisting in the movement.

Does it have rapid white water? Do you row through these? We do not want L-T (which can stand for L-ong T-allywacker) to stand for (L-ong T-urds), do we? LOL.........just messen'

Last few days i have had some good conditioning routines containing Running, Sprints, Fast rotations around chest press, dumbells & situp benches and so on.

I shall start my routine Wednesday. Im loving this conditioning routine though as its all different exercises.

Update tomorrow.
