All right, guys! we've made the 8 weeks! That's the first time in a long time I've done 8 weeks of anything. You all were great! Thanks! Good losing!

Great challenge Spartacus. I enjoyed it. Well done yourself and everyone else who took part. I firmly believe in the motivation that we all get from these challenges.

I have just realised that I didnt do what I promised and say how I got on with the DVD.

I know exactly what I will do this week for the challenge. I will try salsacise. I recently bought a couple of Rosemary Conley salsa based exercise DVDs but they are still in the wrapping. I havent got round to trying out either. I will do one of those DVDs. I will write in and say which one I did and how I got on.

I did Slim and Salsacise with Rosemary Conley.
I did all three parts once - with a running time of 72 minutes.
The first part was primarily an introduction to a number of steps / moves.

The other two parts could be done seperately or combined together to burn over 500 calories.

I found it enjoyable.

I tried a new DVD, too. Bootcamp with Billy Blanks. It looks harder than it is, and at the end BB has a message about how awesome you are for working out, etc.
