Sounds like your doing fantastic Kris! oopppss about the mess-up.
Dont stress to much but just try and get back to what you should be eating and maybe divide some of the extra food over lunch as well!

Hi again

Yep - have been dividing the extra food over lunch and dinner the whole of my refeed. Tonight I just absolutely no appetite and was just feeling meh. Not to worry. These things happen. I think I have done well over my refeed.

Watching Greys Anatomy at the moment and loving it!! Not used to the adverts because I'm so used to watching foxtel! They are annoying me a little.

Day 16:
Weight: 56.4
Change since start: -500grams
All of the above + add alcohol

Breaky: Yoghurt with kiwi and apple
Lunch: Toasted chicken & cheese sandwich + melted cheese on veges
Dinner: Chicken Salad + roast potatoes

Snacks: Banana, 1 plain biscuit, apple & kiwi

Today I was feeling really average and just despising refeed and food. I did not want to think about food anymore. Mostly veges... I just dont want to even look at another vegetable! Might just be having an off day... hopefully ill be feeling better tomorrow. At the moment all I want to live off is toasted sandwiches and fruit and yoghurt. Well, thats all I feel like.

I am going to have a glass of white wine soon...I went and got my favourite and I'm looking forward to it after a busy day at work.

So wow, tomorrow is my last day. Cant wait till Friday! Just so I dont have to think so hard about what and how much food I'm eating... just want to be able to eat what I want (within reason) and how much (within reason). Of course I'm looking forward to some non-cohens foods as well. Vegemite especially, yum!!

Morning all

eek, ashamed to admit that last night I had a few bites of Chris's ice cream. I swear the alcohol made me do it! I felt half drunk from that glass of wine, it was huge. This morning I am 300grams up... *sigh*. My own fault.

Day 17 (last day!)
Weight: 56.7
Change since start: - 200grams (better than nothing!)
All of the above + 1 extra plain biscuit

Breakfast: Yoghurt with apple + 2 toast
Lunch: Chicken pasta salad + carrot sticks (haha i didnt know how to get my new vege in there, that was the easiest!)

I am not going to have the wine tonight... I didnt enjoy it very much at all. My taste buds are so different now. I have never been a big drinker so drinking during the week was weird.... so tonight I'm not going to have it, just because I can.

YAY, last day, looking forward to tomorrow just so I do not have to think so hard about specific meats and veges and weights! I'll deff be dropping my portion sizes too and I think cutting back to 2-3 fruits a day. And also going to stay away from bread for a little bit. I have got back into the habit of having it and wanting it and dont want to be having it everyday.

Welcome to maintenance land Kristy. It's all trial & error. Always remember that you have the means to fix any weight gain. Try to follow the guidelines as best you can. If you do you will stay slim forever!!!!!!

Hi everyone

Yay, last day, over the moon that this has come to the end and its definately been a rocky journey, but well worth it :) I feel amazing and am proud of where I have come in such a short amount of time. Theres no way I thought I'de be here 5 months ago :)

I have done a meal planner for my lunches and dinners for the next week as I really dont mind the planning when its not too intense. When I dont have to think about specific weights and specific meats & veges too! My meal plan pretty much sticks to the same food on refeed... well, cohens foods, but just mixing proteins. I will stick with the same thing for breaky as well and sometimes have a piece of toast or something as well. Tomorrow I am having yoghurt and then a piece of vegemite toast, cant wait!!!! yum!!!

I will definately stick around on the forum and start a maintenance diary :) I have not just been here for support for myself but to support everyone else as well! so you cannot get rid of me hehehe!

Well, time for my 2 plain bikkies hehe. Alright...off I go, talk to you next in my maintenance diary!!!!!

Oh haha - forgot to mention... I weighed my tuna salad for my lunch tomorrow and my rockmelon lol! How do I just stop weighing all of a sudden? I have to wheen myself off of it I think hahaha. Doesnt hurt :)

ha ha ha I know what you mean about the weighing thing, it's like it's taboo not to weight! Actually there is a guy at work who is on a ''diet'' and he is eating cous cous and pasta everyday, he had a HUGE portion of food in his lunch box and I asked him if he weights his portions and he was like ''No I just eat as much as I want'' I was freaked out by this as it seems SO strange to do that! lol We must be conditioned as humans are creatures of habbit.

When I got my re-feeding they still recomend that you weight your food for a while till you get the jist of how much you should eat. Your going to succeed with your manitanence as you have the right attitude and are still sticking to mainly Cohen's foods :) You go girl!! I am SO excited for you.
