Weight-Loss Just Do It In June!

Well bugger me backwards - I actually managed to get there in the end, and I'm just a couple of pounds out from the goal that I set myself for the end of June in the challenge - not in it anymore, but still good to see that I would have achieved the goal if I was. So yeah....despite all the hiccups, I'm quite happy with myself.

July 1 = ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF START: {Start = 375, Pace = 243, Projected Loss = 132 pounds for the year}

I have disgraced my ancestors with my failure. I actually did quite well since the 26th it's just one of those things. Falling why behind pace that first week cost me.

Oh well. Seven pounds still ain't bad.
