I lost 7.4 lbs this week,Its alot the first few weeks seem to be higher then it starts to come dow to 2-3 lbs a week.

Current Weight: 147 (lost 1.4 lbs this week)

Target: 132.2

Didn't lose as much as I thought I would this week, but as long as I'm still losing any weight at all, I'm happy.
 
I believe I have failed every one of these I've entered, so time for a more realistic goal. June will be a -10.2 pound month for me. End goal is 313. That will put me a smidge below my pre-injury/derailment weight.

Back from business trip.

July 1 = ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF START: {Start = 375, Pace = 243, Projected Loss = 132 pounds for the year}

My hotel room had a scale and the morning weigh-ins there were consistently below 250. But since I have no idea about the accuracy of that scale, they don't really count.
 
And as expected, my weight went up. Expected as in 'This happens every bloody time', not as in 'There is an actual reason for it'. I was between 900 and 1400 kcal the entire week, with 4 days of workout. Absolutely no slip-ups, no binging (I don't binge), no cheating, nothing. Yet I end up with 1.3 lbs more on the scale. Go figure.

Still, in the overall picture, I guess I'm still alright. Let's see how next week goes.

Hoping to get to 135 though its a bit ambitious of me.

Not surprised at all about my weight this week. I had a big vietnamese (HIGH sodium!) meal as well as a higher calorie day the night before. Eating at maintenance (or so) the rest of this week with the horse show, and possible thursday-sunday next week due to the show so not sure what my weights gonna do this month!

: 146.1 lbs (lost 0.9 lbs this week)

I could've lost more, but I didn't work out at all this week. I wanted to give my body some time to recover, since I haven't missed a single training session is months. Gonna give it my all in the coming week.

Haha, going in the wrong direction. However it is just sodium and food volume that keeps sending it up. They day before official weigh in this week the scale read 136.6 and I didn't gain nearly 2.5 pounds in one day. I haven't eaten the way I want to this week thanks to the horse show, but I'm gonna try to really watch myself next week and hopefully have a nice drop for the last weigh in. I won't make my goal as I have been eating too much towards maintenance but as long as I at least get back down to my starting weight or a little under I'll be happy.

5 pounds in 9 days isn't going to happen, but I'll keep going in the right direction.
 
Finally a little movement. Not so sure that I will manage 2.2 lbs in the next week, considering how things have been going recently, and taking into account that I will most likely not be able to exercise much (two smaller surgeries happening next week, not sure how much they will throw me back), but at least the numbers are going down again. Small steps....:)

Friday was drink night again so Saturday giving inaccurate results again! There needs to be a healthier alternative to alcohol on nights out!!! :banghead:
