If this is the June Monthly Accountability thread, then I'm in. :D
I'll update starting the 2nd, as to end on the last day of the month.

For the time being, I think I'll target losing around 13.5 pounds, taking me from 357 to 343 or thereabouts.

Starting the month off with a business trip, so it's going to be a challenge.

June 2: {Pace = 251.3)
June 9: {Pace = 249.3}
June 16: {Pace = 247.2}
June 23: {pace = 245.2}
June 30: {GOAL = 244}

July 1 = ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF START: {Start = 375, Pace = 243, Projected Loss = 132 pounds for the year}

I'm a little in disbelief, but I sure will take it.

So, I lost more than I thought, which obviously makes me happy. ;) I am not going to get over-excited though, because more often than not, I end up putting some of it back on. Still, it was a nice surprise when stepping on the scales this morning. :)

Hmmpf, Well epic party on Friday night so not sure if that's really up, or just lots of fluid! Hopefully the latter.

I know it's kind of late, but I have my weight log from Fitbit and I'd like to join in. Looks like this started the 25th of May, so...

Start weight (5/25): 184.7 lbs
Goal weight: 179 lbs (should coincide with the team-now-individual weight loss challenge that ends in several weeks)
Difference: 5.7 lbs

5/25: 184.7
6/1: 184.3 (-0.4)
6/8: 180.3 (-4.0)
6/15: 180.1 (-0.2)
6/22: 180.6 (+0.5)

I believe I have failed every one of these I've entered, so time for a more realistic goal. June will be a -10.2 pound month for me. End goal is 313. That will put me a smidge below my pre-injury/derailment weight.
