slim in 6

so i am "trying"to start my new workout plan that is slim in6 by debbie siebers..they have a diet plan aswell,for 6 day too..supposedly it jumps start your metabolism,this program is very challenging never stuck to it for more than 2 weeks and it demands 6 weeks:rolleyes: to cast its magic.


Breakfast
5oz grapefruit,1 slices bran bread,4 oz griled chicken, skimmed milk 100ml.

Lunch:
Dinner:
Snacks:
supplements
80mg IRon
0.35mg folic acid
1 Omega 3 capsule 1
500 mg vitamin C
calcium /mineral tab 800 mg

Exercise:
 
i couldnt post the rest of my meals on 7th been super busy
i have started slim in 6 again and hopefully i will stick to it this time.
eating is going great aswell..i can feel that my abs are resurfacing..and bum is a bit firm and i lost 3 inches there just like that..woohoo
well i am working way too hard on my body than i had ever before..which includes running and weights and then slim in 6..

oh oh another thing..my hunger is suppressed finally:D
 
how did you lose 3in in your rear??? dude, that is exactly where i packed on my lbs....I too gain a bit a weight (35lbs to be exact). Ive been really struggling to get off. it seems to have all settled in my back side....i need help
any suggestions?

well i cut most of the fats..and did some kick ass workout and running offcourse.. as i am a pear shaped i tend to gain all the weight on my rear.
sweeping the floor(indian style)..the one in which u sit on your feet helped alot..its like squats..and i sweep my marble floors every day..its like waxing your wooden floor but u dont sit on your knees..(i hope u got the idea)..it sounds like a midwives tale but it has worked for me.(my mum told me to do this to lose the fats from hips),though it took me a month of sweeping ;)

EXERCISE:
so i just did my 2 miles run in 17:54mins huge improvement from the last time..but still i need to keep the numbers some where near 15mins...i ran 6 to 9 mph in which i lowered the speed to 4.8mph intentenally and accidently hit 12mph button onec..yikes.

did slim in 6 start it up (25mins) workout too.

i was very down today for no special reason...didnt want to eat/move...
and had sever nicotine withdrawl..:(
lately i have been craving nicotine more and more ,but going still strong:)
 
Sadie you deserve to be very proud of yourself for quitting smoking. Keep up the good work and don't give into those evil cravings. You can beat it.

I noticed that you drink a lot if tea - I love tea. I'm always looking for new/different blends. What are your favorites?

Jia: as i am an asian , we are the worlds heaviest tea drinkers;)
i drink the traditional chae tea..its just pure tea no blend..brand is "lipton"
i like other teas as well some are flavoured some are not but traditional tea is my weakness.:)

so i fell of the wagon again..pigged out on dry fruits big time,i am totatlly on ground zero again,and worst thing is my nike running shoes are stolen:(
6 months back when i moved in this new house there were atleast 25 workers still doing diff jobs,alot of my stuff is missing and i now realised that my shoes are gone too:(
they were really very expensive if u convert the $ price in my local money and i was very upset for lasttwo day..my only assets are my treadmill and all the fitness stuff i purchased and when something from the lot goes missing i get a very irritated.

hehe i have got to tell u a funny thing for last couple of week i have been thinking to by a bicycle ,my sons school is 6km one way and i drive 24 plus km every day which loos a small fig but due to traffic it takes me one hour inthe morning and one in the afternoon,i was thrilled to think that maybe i will be able to drop my son at school on the bike saves money/time and i will get some much needed exercise.
i was all pumped up searched the models and etc etc.
then i realised just yesterday i dont know how to ride a bike;) and i am too old now to learn(26).hehe
 
That's a major bummer about the shoes. But the bike is a great idea - I agree that you're never too old to learn. I biked to work every day a few years back and it was great.

so i might not have to buy a bike ,my bil went to cambridge a month ago ,he wont be returning for more than a year,so i can use his bike,now the only question is how to learn the bike i gotta have a buddy who can bike ..that would be hard to find.:(
but i will try to take my bike to a near by park and see if any volunteer is available;)(men are generally willing to help me in real life)

oh i have two good news aswell yeaterday i was 58 kgs that is like 127lbs gotta lose 17 lbs / 8kgs..so i am down 2kgs already.have to be 110 till 22jan.

good news #2 is that i bought new shoes,they arent exactly running shoes but they serve the purpose its some chinese brand and the only thing that was written in english said"sports shoes" so i dont know what kind of sports they are meant for.
i gotta start fasted cardio from tuesday with a local friend of mine would be great 6:30 to 7 am:D

so i did fasted cardio with her she was ok,she couldnt run:( and i didnt push her too much did some 1.5km in 30 minutes:|

i felt great though afterwards all the fresh air and birds chirping around it was fun:)
did better eating wise too ,i still have to eat dinner and here are my fitday stats for 21st nov,i am low carbing but in moderation.
so i did 30 minutes fasted some sort of cardio,and then 30 minutes slim in 6 start it up by debbie siebers..and worked my butt off all day long around the house,phew!!!!

I've been reading your journal, and I have a question:

Do you actually know your bf %? I apologize if you've already answered this, but I didn't see it anywhere.

I'm curious where you got your #s for how much weight you'd need to lose to achieve 18-20%.

i really dont know my bf% cause i dont have a bf calipar,and i dont trust web calculators..but my butt/thighs have all the excessive weight,on 5 2`my bum was 42 now it is 39..and hamstring is non existence.
i am skinny all over except lower body:bncry:
but when i was 103 lbs i had a real lean body with alot less cellulites.
thats why i want to be atleast 110 lbs.

my main concern is i am still eating too much,i should be eating 1500 cals ,right now it looks rediculous.i am hungry all the time even at 1800 cals,thankfully i aint eating any junk food,just complex carbs and good fats/proteins.
but i think i should take a hunger suppresent aswell ..else all the hard work i am putting in will go down the drain.

how on earth am i to survive on 1200 cals???
am i calculating it right?
i mean to lose weight i will have to make 500 cals deficit to lose one lbs a week
so it must be around 1775.35-500=1275.55
i feel like i am starving on 1200/1300 cals..
damn ! a hunger supressent is a must for.
