so i am "trying"to start my new workout plan that is slim in6 by debbie siebers..they have a diet plan aswell,for 6 day too..supposedly it jumps start your metabolism,this program is very challenging never stuck to it for more than 2 weeks and it demands 6 weeks to cast its magic.

5oz grapefruit,1 slices bran bread,4 oz griled chicken, skimmed milk 100ml.
