I will be in Africa for a fortnight of this challenge so will update before and after! Hopefully wont gain too much as we are travelling thru the sahara so im guessing fattening food wont be readily available!

8 July = 189.1 Gained 1.7 pounds... REALLY pushing myself to do well this week!! Doing well so far...
15 July = 184.7 - I lost 4.4 pounds, yay for me!!!!
22 July = 185.6 - gained 0.9, was sick, couldn't exercise :(

I'd like to try this. Maybe it will motivate me. I'm going to use 136 as my start weight, because thats what the scale says most frequently. 1% a week, or 4% total in July would bring my weight down to about 130.5. I'd really like it to be 130 even, but I'll take what I can get. I'm excited about this.

I've been an absentee from the forum lately, but need motivation and wanted to do a challenge this month. This one seems to fit perfectly, since I'm already kind of doing this.

Little gain, but that was all last weekend. Been coming off all week and this next week is a good one for me.
