Cool, I'm in! I need to make up for June!

Start Weight = 287lbs.
4 July = 284lbs, -3lbs.
11 July = 281lbs, -3lbs.
18 July = 283lbs, -3lbs (I was reading my scale wrong, due to a 5lb gap on scale between 280 and 0... so anyway, 3lb loss, not a 2lb gain).

YAY, you know I'm in :D I noticed we get to weight in on July 4th....before we all go pig out, lol. Just kidding. For the start weight is that start of July or or original starting weight?

4 July = 332.2
Meh, there's no way I gained 5 real pounds in 5 days and I'm already down a pound from this morning. I am fairly sure I'm retaining water so we'll see how next weigh in looks.

I'd like to try this. Maybe it will motivate me. I'm going to use 136 as my start weight, because thats what the scale says most frequently. 1% a week, or 4% total in July would bring my weight down to about 130.5. I'd really like it to be 130 even, but I'll take what I can get. I'm excited about this.

Why not! I'm in but I'm going for 1%/week loss of body fat according to my scale.

I've not been as good as I need to be in June so hopefully July I can improve that. This is one way to keep myself accountable.

I'll post both my weight on weigh-in day and a body fat average since it fluctuates the most through the week.

Nothing quite like starting a challenge off with an all-you-can eat rib marathon at Montana's. Ugh. I feel like a huge pile of shite right now. Guess it's better to do it now and have the whole month to fix it. Meh.
