It's funny you say kickboxing because I am going to take a class tomorrow night. I know that I will kick the stress right into that bag. Any stress that I have built up I hope to take out on that bag. ( poor thing ) So yesterday I did my weights again and this morning I did the eliptical thing for ten minutes and did the tredmill for a half hour. I burned like 180 calories. I love to watch the calories come off. I wonder how many I burn in my step class for an hour? So things are going to be great this week for my weigh in. I know I will be in the 80's and I feel so motivated and pumped. The weather is starting to change a little and hopefully by the time it gets warm I won't be ashamed to put on a pair of shorts. It sounds like everyone is doing so great. I know we can do it guys keep up the good work!!!
